Returns and Exchanges

We trust that you are pleased with your purchase from FilterSolution.com. We sell, and personally use as well, only the finest in air and water filtration products. Each order is filled to your specifications. Thoughtful attention is given to your order and packed with care.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within ninety (90) days of the date you received it. All merchandise must be accompanied by the Return/Exchange form found on the back of your sales receipt, and a Return Authorization number. We will be glad to replace the item, or refund your purchase amount. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

For a Return Authorization, contact us via email at returns@filtersolution.com with your request. Ship securely closed packages using a method that can be traced, such as FedEx Ground, UPS or insured USPS mail. Package MUST be prepaid - we cannot accept COD's.

Complete the Return and Exchange form found on the reverse side of your sales receipt and include it in your return package. If you've misplaced your sales receipt click here for a copy of the Return and Exhange form.
